Zone coating

We coat our rubber with acrylic adhesive in specific zones, rather than covering the entire surface. This technique allows for targeted bonding, minimizing adhesive usage, and optimizing performance by applying adhesive only where it is needed for the intended application.

Dot coating

Coating adhesive in the form of small dots onto a surface. It involves depositing precise, controlled amounts of adhesive in a pattern of dots. Allowing for accurate and efficient application. Depending on your application we can adjust the dots per inch.

Slot die coating

We use this coating method for our preciseness of the thickness of the adhesive. The adhesive is fed into the slot die, and a precisely controlled gap determines the thickness of the coated adhesive layer.

Curtain Coating

For a continuous and uniform layer of adhesive across the width of the substrate. Usually used for a stable and thin layer of (transfer) adhesive.

Carriers & Liners

We possess expertise and understanding in various categories of carriers and release liners, including but not limited to Nonwovens, Paper, and PET. Our team is well-versed in working with these materials, bringing valuable experience and knowledge to our projects.

Adhesives
