Coating is always performed prior to converting because the adhesive needs to be applied to the base material before it can be shaped into a final format. We specialize exclusively in rubber hotmelt and UV hotmelt adhesives, applied in patterns including full-surface, zone, dot, and curtain/slot-die. Once coating is complete, the material can be seamlessly transferred to our converting lines for slitting, spooling, die-cutting, or additional finishing.

Contract Converting Services
Contract converting offers the transformation of pre-coated or supplied materials into the final formats required — rolls, spools, sheets, die-cuts, or laminated assemblies. Our converting lines handle films, papers, foams, and nonwovens, providing precision slitting, rewinding, spooling, sheeting, laminating, and die-cutting with tight registration and consistent tolerances. We accommodate prototype runs as well as high-volume production. Materials are typically supplied by the client, though we can also manage supplied jumbo rolls. Pricing is based on machine time, labour, and packaging, with full traceability and confidentiality maintained for every job.
Pressure-Sensitive and Self-Adhesive Converting
PSA converting ensures that previously coated pressure-sensitive materials perform reliably in their final applications. Careful management of adhesive compatibility with liners, tension, and registration is required to achieve the intended balance of tack, peel, and shear properties. Typical applications include industrial tapes, packaging solutions, durable labels, and assembly processes requiring clean release or strong initial adhesion.
